Accessible home modifications in Hamilton

Barrier-free bathrooms, grab bars and ramps that make it easier to stay in the home you love.

Staying in your own home should not mean struggling with a tub ledge or a narrow doorway. Accessibility work is mostly the same skills as a good bathroom or carpentry job, applied with more care about heights, clearances and slip resistance.

We build curbless walk-in showers, install properly blocked grab bars, widen doorways and build ramps. Good accessibility work also looks like a good renovation, not a hospital. We'll also help you understand the tax credits and programs that can offset the cost.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented throughout the entire renovation process. Communication was great, timelines were agreed upon prior to work commencing, and the workmanship exceeded expectations.

Good to know

The federal Home Accessibility Tax Credit covers up to $20,000 of eligible renovation costs a year for people 65+ or eligible for the Disability Tax Credit. Rules change, so confirm with the CRA or your accountant before you rely on it.
